Ambiance
Warm, rustic and properly grown-up without being stuffy – a proper wine-bar room at Disney Springs with an upstairs balcony made for people-watching. Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes – the only Master Sommelier-led wine bar in Florida – and the whole place hums with that we-really-know-our-wine energy.
Cuisine
Wine first, food a very close second. More than 200 wines available by the glass, bottle – and by the ounce – alongside shareable small plates, cheese and charcuterie, entrees and family-style plates.
Concierge’s favourite dishes
Crispy Mac and Cheese Bites; Flaming Saganaki; Grilled Skirt Steak; the Big Board to share (six artisan cheeses, five artisanal meats and all the trimmings).
Expert tip
Taste by the ounce – you can try storied vintages without committing to a whole bottle. Order the Big Board to share; it is practically a meal in itself. Ask for an upstairs or balcony table for a quieter seat.
