Ambiance
Wood-fired, warm and buzzy — a proper smokehouse in Disney Springs Town Center, all timber, open kitchen and the smell of the smoker doing the advertising. Order at the counter, find a table, and settle in. It's the casual little sibling of The Ravenous Pig, and it knows exactly what it is.
Cuisine
Barbecue and Southern American, done properly — everything smoked and grilled over wood, with sides worth fighting over.

Expert tip
Dodge the peak dinner queue between 5:30 and 7:30 PM, or order ahead online for takeout and skip the line entirely. And don't sleep on the sides: the Crispy Brussels Sprouts with whiskey-caramel and the Sweet Potato Tots are the ones to fight over.
