Ambiance
An architecturally award-winning, modern and polished – but not intimidating – 36-foot-tall grand dining hall spanning two stories. The glass exhibition kitchen showcases Peking duck carving and dim sum; upstairs are a sushi bar, Forbidden Lounge and terrace with Disney Springs views.
Cuisine
Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s first pan-Asian restaurant brings inventive Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai influences to Peking duck, tonkotsu ramen, sushi, yakitori and A5 wagyu, with distinctive tableside presentations. Kid-friendly seating and extensive vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices make it flexible for families. Smart-casual dress.
Concierge’s favourite dishes
Morimoto Peking Duck – whole glazed duck carved and presented with apricot sweet chili sauce, hoisin miso and steamed pancakes or bao; Morimoto Spare Ribs – slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone, with a sweet hoisin-chili glaze; Buri-Bop – yellowtail over sizzling rice in a hot stone bowl, mixed tableside with egg yolk.
Expert tip
Book the Peking Duck in advance – the signature dish is carved like theatre in the exhibition kitchen. For just a taste, the Spare Ribs are also served at the quick-service Street Food window outside.
