Ambiance
A vibrant, buzzy Spanish tapas bar in the heart of Winter Park’s Park Avenue district, with warm wood, tiled accents, a lively indoor dining room and a patio made for people-watching. Casual but still upscale – works equally well for date night or a group.
Cuisine
Modern Spanish and Catalan small plates with made-to-order sangrias. The menu centers on chorizo-stuffed dates, patatas bravas, croquetas, montaditos and a signature seafood paella, at a moderate price for the quality.

Chorizo-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon – the legend dish, sweet, spicy and salty in one bite; Huevos Bulla (crispy potatoes, eggs, jamon and aioli); Paella Mixta Bulla (calamari, clams, shrimp, chicken, chorizo, sofrito and saffron – allow the full 30 minutes).
Expert tip
Arrive for happy hour from 4:00-7:00 PM and graze the tapas menu at the bar. If you want the paella, order it the moment you sit down – it needs a 30-minute head start. Park in the public lot at Morse and Orlando Ave, and do not skip a made-to-order sangria.
