Ambiance
A sleek, modern steakhouse inside the Walt Disney World Dolphin, where rich woods, ambient lighting and curated art strike a cozy-yet-cosmopolitan mood. Stylish but approachable – suits date nights, celebrations and special evenings away from the parks. The Bourbon Steak Lounge pours handcrafted cocktails, fine wines and rare spirits.

Chef Michael Mina’s reimagined take on the quintessential American steakhouse pairs perfectly seared prime cuts of beef and fresh seafood with global flavors, decadent signature desserts and a world-class beverage program – single-barrel bourbons, old- and new-world wines, and inventive cocktails including the yuzu-peach Fruit Ninja.
Concierge’s favourite dishes
Hay-Smoked Tomahawk Ribeye – dramatically presented tableside; Maine Lobster Pot Pie, a Bourbon Steak classic served in a copper pot; Michael Mina’s Tuna Tartare, prepared tableside with quail egg, pine nuts, mint and habanero-sesame oil; signature duck fat fries and black truffle mac and cheese.
Expert tip
Bourbon Steak reopened October 3, 2026 after a three-month closure following a June 25 kitchen fire, and demand is strong – book early. Driving guests can have the Dolphin parking fee waived with dinner parking validation. The restaurant does not participate in the Disney Dining Plan and does not accept MagicBands or Disney Gift Cards, so bring a physical payment card. Try the Tableside Smoked Old Fashioned for theatre.
